Most people calling about a Biohazard job have never dealt with anything like it before. Trauma Clean Pros's Bartlett crews walk you through the process on the phone, then arrive ready with the right equipment for exactly what you described.
Speak With A Technician What We Handle
Trauma Clean Pros operates as a licensed, insured Biohazard remediation company based to serve Bartlett and the surrounding Bartlett, TN region. Every technician on our roster carries an active bloodborne pathogen certification and works under documented OSHA protocols, whether the job is a single room or a full commercial floor.
We keep the intake process simple on purpose: a dispatcher takes the details, and a crew is routed to Bartlett without unnecessary back-and-forth.
Biohazard jobs rarely end at the last wipe-down. Insurance adjusters, landlords, and sometimes probate attorneys need documentation, and Trauma Clean Pros provides a full report with every job so that part moves faster.
Standard janitorial equipment isn't built for Biohazard jobs, which is why every Trauma Clean Pros truck carries ozone, hydroxyl, and enzymatic treatment equipment as standard gear.
A spill that appears contained on the surface can hide contamination that has already reached subflooring or wall cavities. Consumer products simply aren't rated to handle that. Around Bartlett, our dispatch line hears these situations on a weekly basis:
Acting quickly limits both the scope of the job and the cost, since Biohazard contamination spreads through porous materials the longer it's left alone.
Extended decomposition produces odor and fluid contamination that goes well past the surface, often requiring subfloor removal.
Investigators clear the scene for evidence purposes, but the physical restoration — from blood removal to structural repair — is a separate job entirely.
Long-term hoarding often hides mold and pest waste that surfaces only once the sorting process begins.
Sewage carries bacteria and parasites that make affected carpet, drywall, and insulation unsalvageable without full remediation.
Confirmed exposure sites need EPA-registered disinfectants applied under a documented protocol, not a standard cleaning visit.
Facility managers call us when an incident requires regulated waste handling beyond routine janitorial work.
No two Biohazard calls are identical, so our Bartlett team evaluates the property first, then proposes a scope. Here's the range we cover.
Overlapping issues are common, and our Bartlett crews are equipped to scope and quote multiple service categories in the same visit rather than sending you to a separate contractor.
Blood and biological material are removed using enzymatic treatment rated specifically for bloodborne pathogen decontamination.
Odor neutralization and material removal go hand in hand on a decomposition job — we handle both in the same visit.
Sorting, hauling, and biohazard identification happen together, with escalation to remediation whenever mold or pests turn up.
Blackwater extraction is followed by removal of anything porous that absorbed contamination, then a full antimicrobial application.
EPA List N disinfectants are applied across every high-touch surface following confirmed exposure to a communicable illness.
Regulated waste handling and disposal documentation are included on every commercial Biohazard job.
